Muay Thai, also known as Thai boxing, is a martial art and combat sport that originated in Thailand. It is known for its powerful kicks, punches, elbows, and knees. Muay Thai is a great way to get fit, learn self-defense, and build confidence.

Brothers, if you are between 14 and 18 years old who is looking for a new challenge, then we encourage you to sign up for our Muay Thai classes. Our classes are taught by experienced Coach Anas, and they are suitable for all levels, from beginners to advanced.

In our classes, you will learn the basics of Muay Thai, including:

  • Stances
  • Footwork
  • Strikes
  • Combinations
  • Defense

You will also learn how to spar with other students in a safe and controlled environment.

Muay Thai is a great way to improve your overall fitness. It is a full-body workout that will help you to build strength, endurance, and flexibility.
