GCSE Science Revision
The summer holidays are a perfect opportunity for year 10 students to consolidate GCSE year 10 content giving students the chance to start year 11 with confidence. This 9-day course is
designed to refresh students’ knowledge and strengthen any weaker area, with the main focus on common exam questions and techniques in answering them. Students have the option to choose individual science subjects or all three sciences.
The intensive course is divided into 3 science blocks, each block lasting three days. The
sessions are designed in a way that both, combined and triple, students attend all three days of a science block with an extra half hour for triple students added at the end of selected days to cover the extra content.
In addition, our classes are a non-profit initiative to support the masjid redevelopment and help Muslim children succeed academically.

Class Schedule
Dates: August 7th – 21st (Excluding Fridays and weekends)
Time: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM (up to 6 PM on selected days)
Location: 1st Floor, Finchley Mosque
Students: For Year 10 Students both Boys and Girls
During the courses, please bring equipment to make notes and a calculator. (A4 pad and pens).

| Tue 13 Aug | 2.30 – 5.30 pm | Chemistry: atomic structure, periodic table, bonding. |
| Wed 14 Aug | 2.30 – 6.00 pm | Chemistry: moles, chemical changes, electrolysis (+triple content) |
| Thu 15 Aug | 2.30 – 5.30 pm | Chemistry: energy changes, rates and equilibrium |
| Mon 19 Aug | 2.30 – 5.30 pm | Physics: conservation and dissipation of energy, energy transfer, energy resources. |
| Tue 20 Aug | 2.30 – 5.30 pm | Physics: electric circuits, electricity at home. |
| Wed 21 Aug | 2.30 – 6.00 pm | Physics: molecules and matter, radioactivity (+triple content) |
