Girls Activities
Girls Gymnastics
Thursdays 7-8pm | Ages 5-17
Help your girls build strength, discipline, and confidence with our new Gymnastics and Parkour classes! In partnership with professional coaches, we offer fun, segregated sessions in a safe environment. From trampolining to freestyle skills, it’s the perfect way for your youth to stay active and make friends.
Sisters Body Combat
Tuesdays 7-8pm – Ages 12+
(EVERY WEEK)
We are thrilled to launch Sisters’ Body Combat! Designed for women, this workout combines the flow of Silat with heart-pumping cardio for a spiritually aligned experience that nourishes both body and soul. Secure your spot today!
Senanan Tua
Weekly on Thursdays: 2-3pm – Ages 18+

Special Notes:
Please note the following:
- No food is served on the premises. Please ensure your child brings a drinks bottle and, if attending on Saturday or Sunday, they bring a packed lunch.
- Child Pickup. To ensure the highest standard of safety and safeguarding for all children, please ensure a parent or guardian is present for handover at the exact start and finish times of our sessions.
- Prayer Times: Salah will be observed at 1:00 PM (Dhur), 2:10 PM (Asr), and 4:30 PM (Magrib).
