Role
- To assist with executing the plan and managing iftar and suhoor at IANL throughout Ramadan, including any external events, such as the ‘Big Date’.
- Manage and help distribute suhoor and iftar, both brought in externally and any donations from people on the day in a calm and friendly manner.
- Adhere to all health and safety and hygiene guidelines.
- Follow the guidance of the Team Lead.
- Help with clearing up.
- Attend all training meetings.
Role specifications
- Number of people: 7+
- Gender: Brothers and Sisters
- Hours per week: 1 hour per evening
- Duration: Every Friday, Saturday, Sunday and the last 10 nights of Ramadan
Skills Required:
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Excellent management skills, including people management.
- Helpful, proactive, assertive, swift and friendly.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiar with all necessary policies of IANL and the Ramadan Handbook.
