  • Facilitate Qur’an classes, Arabic language programs, and Halaqahs for men, women, youth, and reverts.

  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for long-term Islamic education and outreach at IANL.

2. Spiritual Counselling and Pastoral Support

  • Provide pastoral care, marriage counselling, and spiritual guidance for individuals and families.

  • Offer continuous support to new Muslims (reverts) through mentorship and tailored Islamic learning.

3. Community Engagement & Youth Empowerment

  • Represent IANL at interfaith events, public forums, and community outreach programs to promote Islamic values and interfaith understanding.

  • Actively engage with youth through mentoring, Islamic discussions, and recreational activities.

  • Collaborate with charitable organisations to support vulnerable communities and promote social welfare.

  • Gather community feedback to improve mosque services and religious programming.

  • Strategise initiatives that serve the Muslim community in London and beyond, in line with Islamic ethics.

4. Operational and Organisational Contributions

  • Promote community participation through volunteer engagement and event planning.

  • Contribute to the redevelopment project of IANL to ensure alignment with community vision.

  • Create innovative content and outreach such as Islamic podcasts, workshops, and digital education programs.

  • Support fundraising campaigns and income-generating initiatives for the growth and sustainability of IANL.

5. External Relations & Outreach

  • Build strong partnerships with local schools, councils, and faith groups to promote community cohesion and Islamic education.

  • Liaise with other Imams and Islamic organisations across the UK to strengthen IANL’s religious services.

  • Represent IANL’s values in media appearances, interviews, and across social media platforms.
