GCSE Maths & English Half-Term Intensive
Is your child in Year 11 and working at Grade 4 or below in GCSE Maths or English? Our focused half-term intensive at Finchley Mosque is designed to help them build skills, confidence and exam technique, and to work towards a Grade 4 pass.
Who it’s for
The intensive is for Year 11 students who are finding Maths or English difficult, or who are at risk of not achieving a Grade 4. A Grade 4 is the standard pass and is often needed to progress to college, sixth form or an apprenticeship.
What students will do
Over four mornings, students will:
- strengthen the core skills each exam tests
- practise exam technique and learn how to approach each paper
- get targeted, small-group support from an experienced teacher
Classes are capped at 8 students, so every child gets proper attention.
Experienced teaching
Sessions are taught by an experienced teacher with over 15 years’ experience.
