Girls
Girls Gymnastics
Weekly on Thursdays: 7–8pm – Ages 5–10 and 11-15

Build strength, flexibility and confidence in a fun, all-girls environment. From cartwheels to handstands, our coaches help every girl progress at her own pace.
Sisters Body Combat
Weekly on Tuesdays: 7–8pm – Ages 10+

A high-energy, sisters-only fitness class combining martial arts moves with music. No experience needed — just bring your energy.
Senaman Tua
Weekly on Wednesdays: 10:30am-11:30am – Ages 18+
(Every week)
Discover the ancient art of Senaman Tua! This traditional Malay exercise focuses on joint health, circulation, and natural movement.

Youth Club Multi-sports

Dodgeball, basketball and agility games in a safe, structured drop-in session — a great way for younger boys to stay active together.

Competitive basketball training at Strawberry Vale MUGA. Registration is required before attending — contact the youth team to join the squad.

Skills, Drills & Acrobatic Moves & Silat
Saturdays 1:45–3:15pm – Ages 10–15
(New term starts 19 Sept)
A 90-minute session combining martial arts fundamentals with handstands, cartwheels and rolls. Silat syllabus continues throughout, with grading roughly every six weeks. Ages 16–17 can join as volunteer training assistants. £60 per term (12weeks), 2nd Floor.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Sundays 3:00–4:15pm – Ages 11–14
(New term starts 27 Sept)
A brand-new weekly BJJ class led by Brother Mohammad, focused on grappling fundamentals and discipline for our 11–14 age group. £84 per term (12weeks), 2nd Floor.
Special notes
- No food is served on-site — please send a drinks bottle and, for Saturday/Sunday sessions, a packed lunch.
- Child pickup — a parent or guardian must be present for handover at the exact start and finish times.
- Prayer times observed during sessions and dependent on the day.
- Martial arts booking — Kung Fu/Silat (£65) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (£91) are booked and paid per 13-week term (school term time — holiday sessions are a separate additional service), directly to the masjid via our website. A further £10 grading fee applies on the Saturdays Teacher Abdul Rahman attends, paid directly to him in cash.
- Missed sessions — individual missed weeks are not refunded. If a child stops a class partway through the term, the remaining weeks can be refunded.
- Kung Fu/Silat siblings — families with more than 3 children in the class can discuss a discount with the youth team. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has no sibling discount — full price for all, to cover coach costs.
