This meal will be held in the Masjid basement.
Donations for this meal can be made to the centre manager. Please, always ask for a receipt.
The tarawih salaat will commence immediately after Ishaa' salaat and the Qur'an will be recited by the following huffaz:
- Imam Oussama Sahmaoui

Come Early - Every night the Masjid becomes full for the Tarawih prayers – the optional special prayers in Ramadan when night falls. For the first few days we often run out of space, so please come early.
After 10 Rakaat there is normally a lot of space in the main hall, therefore, it is requested that brothers from other floors must come to the main hall after 10 rakaat.
Air conditioners are likley to be on, please choose your position in the masjid having regard to their locations.
Chairs - Those who require special assistance/chairs etc are requested to come at least 10 minutes before the start of the prayers.
Public Invitation to Experience Opening of a Fast
On 11 June we will participating in the The Big Date. An event that many mosques are participating in Nation-wide where we will be opening our doors to the public to come and experience Ramadan and the breaking of the fast. Please invite your friends and neighbours so that they can see what muslims do during the month of Ramadan and experience the recitation of the the Holy Quran
Zakat-ul-Fitr this year has been set at £4 and should be paid for each member of the family (including children). Zakat-ul-Fitr can be paid from the beginning of Ramadan and we advise to do so as early as possible so that the money can reach the needy in time for Eid.
You can pay the Zakat-ul-Fitr online here
Please be very patient in this month and exercise more restraint and forbearance in your dealings. Any disagreement or complaint should be brought to the attention of the Imams and the Centre Managers/Management Committee AFTER the prayers.
Windows, especially at the back and side of the masjid, are not to be opened after 8 pm.
Please help the mosque management by cooperating with those who are in-charge (wearing high-visibility jackets).
Please do not make noise inside or outside of the masjid at ANY time and do not disturb the neighbours in any way at any time. Speak very softly at all times.
Due to the expected congestion children under 7 years old are not allowed in the masjid during Isha/Taraweeh prayers. They are welcome at all the other prayers.
For Isha/Taraweeh prayers, children under 10 years old are not allowed in the main prayer hall. They must always stand next to their parents/guardians in prayers. They must be supervised at all times.
Homebase has kindly allowed Mosque Visitors to use their car park during Isha and Tarawih prayers only.
This is a special arrangement and visitors are not allowed to park there at any other times.
Please only park where allowed and not abuse their hospitality or they will terminate the arrangement.
Kindly, respect and follow the local parking laws and etiquette.
