IANL is proud to host exercise and well-being classes for sisters aged 55 and above.
The fitness classes will focus on joint mobility, flexibility, balance, posture, and core strengthening; delivered by a qualified instructor in partnership with the GLL.
The classes will take place every Monday at 2pm (after Dhuhr) in the sisters’ hall.
All participants are encouraged to make a voluntary donation of £2 per class.
